I am trying to do the Splunk Observability Cloud integration with ThousandEyes and everything is working fine on both sides but when I am in Observability Cloud and go through the TE integration wizard I get the following error:

I am building this out though Cursor and everything works fine on the o11y side and the TE side, just the integration fails and here is what Cursor said:

There are two issues that need to be fixed server-side:
1. RUM backend not provisioned - organizationProvisioningSuccessfull: false broke the RUM API (returns 404). Even if we get the ThousandEyes token accepted, the sfxToken validation against the RUM service will fail.
2. teBearerToken validation - Splunk silently rejects the TE token for a reason we can't diagnose from the outside.
Both of these require Splunk to fix the org provisioning. No amount of token rotation will work until the org backend is repaired.
