Splunk APM integrate SQL Server

Does anyone has try to integrate OTEL with SQL Server 2008?

I have some error that can't run otel, tls: server selected unsupported protocol version 301tls: server selected unsupported protocol version 301

 

error not support TLS, is this make integration can't load in the dashboard?
