Hipster Shop Guided Example - RUM does not work

Hi All,  

I have been running Hipster Shop for several months and all modules in O11y worked but week ago my RUM stopped working - does not show anything. I have set up new Hipster several times from the beginning but in vain. All modules work except RUM. It does not show any info. I generated new RUM tokens but nothing has changed. RUM is dead. 

I appreciate any hints on how to solve my problem.

Is the problem with session replay? The updated instrumentation needs you to specify a value for "recorder" (just use "splunk")

It is not the problem with session replay.  RUM does not show any data - it says "No matching applications". The RUM token is correct and all other components work.
