when I trying to change the time range from time range picker present on the default service analyzer page my service health score and kpi values remain same for any time range any suggestion why is it so?

How to resolve this?

if the timerange windows are still ending up at the same time, then the displayed kpi values and latest service health scores are likely to be identical.
(last 4h our last 1 hour, will both show the same last values)

but if you changed the end window, let's say from "last 4h" to "yesterday", we should expect the KPI values to change.
