We are experiencing issues with services' health score alternating between 0 and 100 in the glass table in ITSI. When I have set the importance value to 11 for all the services then the health scores shows 0 even though all the underlying KPIs are normal. Now when we change to 5, even there is issue with any kpi still it is showing green in the service health which is wrong.
what should be the possible issue here??
