Splunk Integration with portal

We have specific requirement of integrating Splunk with organization existing portal.

We have developed splunk dashboard.Now we would like to integrate splunk with existing data portal.The data portal provides access to various self services, data goverance, data dictionary, enterprise search etc.
We would like to add another link in the portal - "Splunk Dashboard" so user should able to view the dashboard through that portal.
The login to data portal is using SSO.

Please let me know if you have any solution to integrate them and what are the steps.
