ITSI License Checker: Can I disable it on the Search Head?

When installing ITSI app on a SH it ships with ITSI License Checker app. However, I have the ITSI License checker app installed on my license master. Can I disable it on the Search Head?

Also, if I'm not mistaken, the only place where to install the ITSI license is on the License master.
