Can we create episode breaking Criteria when Bidirectional ticketing is enabled in Splunk ITSI?

Hello,

Can we create either of the breaking criteria for the episodes in Splunk itsi.

We do have bidirectional ticketing enabled but if the external ticket is not closed then episode is remained open, so we are need of creating a breaking criteria. Will it impact the bidirectional ticketing if we enable breaking criteria?

Breaking an episode should have little impact on or by Bidirectional Ticketing. 
If the NEAP is creating the ticket, then the new episode will create a new ticket, this will also be linked to the new episode as per what I think is your existing flow.
