Hi

I just installed Splunk DB Connect, and I'm trying to connect to an Oracle database, but Splunk is telling me that the jdbc drivers are not connected - "Encountered the following error while trying to save: In handler 'dbx-databases': JDBC driver (oracle.jdbc.OracleDriver) for database type Oracle is not installed".

I installed the drivers. Where does Splunk look for them? Do they need to be in a certain directory?

I've installed (Oracle) drivers per the documentation and Splunk still cannot find them. Is anyone else having this issue?

per the documentation, they should go in
$SPLUNK_HOME/etc/apps/dbx/bin/lib

and then you must restart Splunk.
