Why is there high CPU utilization Report on Splunk HF?

High CPU utilization observed for splunkd and python3.7 processes on Splunk HF after Splunk Enterprise upgrade from 7.x to 8.1.4 version.
Any help would be appreciated. Tq.

Having exactly the same issue after going to 9.0.3.
