Hi Team,

I'm unable to login the splunk account, Could you please help me to get it fix.

Are you referring to your splunk.com account or your personal/company Splunk Enterprise account?  If the former then contact Splunk support.  For the latter case you should contact your Splunk admin for assistance.  If you are the admin then you probably could try resetting the admin password, but we'd need more information to be more helpful.
