Hi @Mallika1217 ,

as also @inventsekar  said, you don't need a LinkedIn account to access Splunk downloads, you have only to register your account on Splunk site and then you can download all Splunk updates and apps (except Premium Apps) you want (Get a Splunk.com Account | Splunk).
