Splunk - ServiceNow Integration

Hi All,

We are currently in learning phase of Splunk and wants to integrate Splunk with ServiceNow using Splunk Integration App in ]ServiceNow Store to create incident ticket in ServiceNow.
Could anyone help or have any suggestions how to perform this?

Also, do we need to install Add-On for ServiceNow App from Splunkbase in our Splunk Enterprise?
