Upgrading from Splunk 10.0.0 to 10.4.1 on Windows server 2019 using the msi. The upgrade worked fine on one system then threw an error on the second system for missing splunk\share\mbtiles\splunk-tiles-dark.mbtiles. I canceled the install and it hung up while rolling back changes. After about 6 hours we ended the installer task. When we run the installer now, it acts like a first install, not an upgrade. I don't want to run it and wipe out all of our data and knowledge objects. Any suggestions?
