The app hasnt been updated for 7 years so ultimately I think the answer is going to be No! 
HTML and Embedded Simple XML dashboards is no longer supported. What is it you are looking to achieve? There are now other methods for publishing dashboards if this is your intention?

This is a relatively old app so Splunk 10 might not be supported. While Michael doesn't seem to be very active here lately, you can try reaching out to him on Splunk's community Slack. (Michael's user is MuS).
