Search factor and Replication factor not met after migration to smart store

We have recently migrated to smart store post migration SF and RF are not met. Can anyone help me with the 

troubleshooting steps.

Hi

was your SF=RF before you start migration? Was there any issues (e.g. some node crashed/stopped) during migration?

What you could found from _internal log? There should be some mentions in logs for the reason.
