Hello good afternoon, I am working on my lab. I tried to login, but this is what I am seeing. Can anybody help me?

Hi @Justina 

Unfortunately only an admin can unlock an account after too many authentication failures have caused it to lock (https://help.splunk.com/en/splunk-enterprise/administer/manage-users-and-security/9.3/manage-credent...)

I would suggest emailing education team at [email protected] regarding your lab, or chck out  https://www.splunk.com/en_us/training/platform-assistance.html
