List all application on a host

Splunk Enterprise

I need to be able to list all applications installed on a host with version number and if the application is 32 or 64bit

This is my search

index=perfmon sourcetype="WMI:SoftwareVersions" Name=Teams PackageName!=Teams | dedup host | table _time host Name Version

This work but what I am missing is that I need to display if the version is 32 or 64 bit
