Lab module 12

I am, going through Lab Module 12 – Creating Lookups and I have downloaded the  products.csv file and trying to save it  following the steps but I get this error message  when I press the save button.

 Encountered the following error while trying to save: File is binary or file encoding is not supported, only utf-8 encoded files are supported
