LDAP configuration is getting disconnected



I have a working Splunk 7.3.4 , for few last days I noticed that there are issues in LDAP connection settings

LDAP requires to type the Bind DN Password again to get the updated DLs list or to run ldapsearch

 I don't find any authentication errors in splunkd.log

please assist to understand what might be the issue
