Can someone help how can I update custom app python SDK .

If this is your own custom app, then just update splunklib from git as you have originally installed it. There are instructions on dev.splunk.com how to use splunklib on your own apps.
If it’s made by someone else, then ask that owner will update it or just create your own version and update it as described on previous item.
