Hi Everyone,
I would like to ask you about configuration ITSI. I want to configure ITSI, as I show you below example.
I have 3 services (service1, service2 and service3).
If some KPI in the service3 is critical I want to see service 2 and 1 on critical. After 5 minutes I don't see crritical in service3 and I want to immediately change in the tree to normally state (green).
Can I configure ITSI as I show you above?
