Hyperlink to the column Value Dynamically

i need to create new column which is Combining of Static text and Dynamic id.

in column id values will change as per time. i need to combine both static and Dynamic value to create new filed. if you click on it has to open corresponding URL.

Example:

id         URL                                       newcolumn

12      https:abc.bcd             https:abc.bcd/12

23      https:abc.bcd             https:abc.bcd/23
