How to resolve Error while loading data: OSError('Tunnel connection failed: 403 Tunnel or SSL Forbidden'

Getting this error while loading the data in splunk enterprise, tried uninstalling & installing again. Worked for the 1st time post install & same issue again for subsequent loads. Any suggestions are highly appreciated.

HTTPSConnectionPool(host='127.0.0.1', port=8089): Max retries exceeded with url: /services/indexing/preview?output_mode=json&props.NO_BINARY_CHECK=1&input.path=factbook.csv (Caused by ProxyError('Cannot connect to proxy.', OSError('Tunnel connection failed: 403 Tunnel or SSL Forbidden')))
