How to integrate alerts with Zabbix

Hello all,

has anybody a running solution to integrate splunk alerts with Zabbix?

I already tried this app (https://splunkbase.splunk.com/app/5272/#/details) but there is no description how the search should look like respectively the way it is descriped does not work as expected.
