How to forward the app logs from Splunk to any  third party application( Ex: Log insights tool)

Is there any feasibility, Can you please provide the steps for implementation.

Splunk can forward logs to other servers as a TCP stream or in syslog format  See https://docs.splunk.com/Documentation/SplunkCloud/8.2.2203/Forwarding/Forwarddatatothird-partysystem... for details.
