Where can I find the Splunk version compatibility list for RHEL 9.6?
Hi @woo
The docs list the supported OS versions for each Splunk version but there isnt the reverse (where it lists all Splunk versions for a specific OS version).
RH 9.6 uses Kernel 5.14.0-570.12.1.el9_6
10.x lists support for RHEL9 specifically, not kernel version (https://help.splunk.com/en/splunk-enterprise/get-started/install-and-upgrade/10.0/plan-your-splunk-e...)
9.4.x lists support for RHEL9 Specifically, not Kernel version (https://help.splunk.com/en/splunk-enterprise/get-started/install-and-upgrade/9.4/plan-your-splunk-en...)
9.3.x supports Kernel 5.14.x (https://help.splunk.com/en/splunk-enterprise/get-started/install-and-upgrade/9.3/plan-your-splunk-en...)
9.2.x supports Kernel 5.14.x (https://help.splunk.com/en/splunk-enterprise/get-started/install-and-upgrade/9.2/plan-your-splunk-en...)
9.1.x states '5.x kernel versions 5.4 and higher' which I guess should cover 5.14?! (https://help.splunk.com/en/splunk-enterprise/get-started/install-and-upgrade/9.1/plan-your-splunk-en...)
