Dynamic throttling - increasing triggering time

Hello,

I have several alerts scheduled per minute base, but when the condition is met, I would like to throttle the next execution for say 10 minutes, then the next for 30 min, 60 min and so on.
Shortly speaking I would like to introduce the sth like "incremental increasing throttling time".

How would I do this?

Kind Regards,
Kamil
