Distributed_tracer issue

Hi team,
We have installed new Splunk UF in one of the file server 
we have configured all the config files correctly.
But data not getting forwarded from file server to Splunk.Its showing below error message if i'm searching with index name there is no data showing in search head.Please could you help on this ??
