Change IP - web.conf modified, but when restarting splunk goes for default

I'm trying to change my ip address, but when I restart Splunk, the ip in web.conf is the "127.0.0.1".

I changed splunk-launch.conf too.

Change the "mgmtHostPort" and the "trusted IP" in the web.conf file that is on the $SPLUNK_HOME$\system\default
