Can Splunk be used on data other than logs (such as Outlook, Gmail, or FitBit data)?

Hi,

I was wondering if only log data can be Splunked?

Can I instead export my work email from Outlook or personal email from Gmail and perform analysis on whom am I talking to the most? When is the bulk of my emails sent?

I also use a FitBit to record exercise data. Can I Splunk that data to analyze which exercises I am spending most of my time on?

If the answer is yes, can you please guide me on how to input these data into Splunk?
