After installing Splunk Enterprise

I have completed installing Splunk on server. My question is we have several servers and quite a few PC's. How would I go about getting the data from all of the PC's to show up on the Splunk server? Is there something I need to install on all of the PC's to pull the information?

You should install splunk Universal Forwarder to other servers to gel logs from those.
