Need Support with Splunk Core Power certification.

NO SUPPORT Provided to me for my power user certification, I only get case numbers but no reply on the same.
i am really upset on splunk customer support.
we started using splunk in tetrapak recently , but this is a very bad experience i am getting.
i hope anyone will help here.
