Getting a 500 internal server error when I attempt to run setup

When attempting to install the Rapid 7 TA 1.2.1, I am getting a 500 internal server error when I attempt to run setup.  I am not getting any useful clues in the logs.

Is there any solution for this or advice for troubleshooting?
