Correlation Search: Next Step: Ping - NSLOOKUP - Risk Analysis

Hi,

I tried to use the Next Step of the correlation search: Ping - NSLOOKUP - Risk Analysis
I was lucky to find the result of the Risk Analysis in the Risk Analysis dashboard.

but when try to use ping/nslookup, i have no output?

How can i find the result of the ping command?
