Connection Between Phantom and Splunk

Hi

Has anyone run into issues connecting "to" Splunk "From" Phantom App?
I have tried 443 and 8089

I keep getting following issue:

Testing Connectivity

App 'Splunk' started successfully (id: 1560213564779) on asset: 'splunk1'(id: 9)
Loaded action execution configuration
Connecting to 10.79.130.50...
Connectivity test failed
Failed to connect to splunk server. Login failed. Connectivity test failed. No action executions found.
