Why does REST API call Python script fail?

Hi 

I  use REST API  send search cmd to Splunk  and get search result and work normally

but when I send "| script python mypython" by REST API ,  "mypython" is not working

 I am sure "mypython" is setting to custom command and  "| script python mypython" is ok when I execute by myself  , REST API account is admin

Please help to solve this problem , thanks
