It is Splunk enterprise running in AWS and it is integrated with LDAP. I have tried giving access to a couple of more splunk roles by adding that users to AD group, but in splunk UI updated roles are not reflecting. But, this works for other users.
After adding new users in AD group which is mapped with Splunk Roles, have you Reloaded Authentication Configuration ? Can you please elaborate more on "But, this works for other users" ?
