Unable to submit app to Splunkbase

Hello, 

I have an app that is ready to be uploaded to Splunk Base. The App has passed App Inspect and is ready to go.

When I tried to upload it to SplunkBase I received this error:Splunk Error.PNG

"Unable to Extract Package"

I packaged the app using the Splunk's Packaging Toolkit. Can someone tell me what is going on?
