Time Series Forecast using Splunk Machine learning tool kit

Hi Everyone,

I am trying to time series forecast using Splunk Machine learning tool kit. But it is not able to replicate the pattern found on the existing data. Could you please suggest some methods for Time series forecast using Splunk.

@arpitadu have you tried with LLP5 also with period=7 based on your data?
You should try various options (holdback is for testing prediction).
For each setting/algorithm validate that R-Square should be as close to 1 as possible. Also Root Mean Square Error should be closer to 0.

Yes , Tried with LLP5 and period 7 -but did not get a good prediction.
