Splunk Filter in dashboard Studio

I am working on Dashboard studio and I am new to this. There is need to create the Month filter just above the panel as we can do in classic dashboard.

Kindly help me with this , if we can create the filters anywhere in the dashboard studio as I can only see the global filter.
