Splunk DEV License deattached from env with each reboot

Hello everybody!

We are running into a very weird problem in our DEV environment that we don't seem to be able to crack.

Every time we reboot the environment for whatever reason our license disappears from the platform and we have to reapply it.

Has anyone run into a similar problem before?
