Hello

The server cannot be accessed directly.

Can I set up a delpoyment-client on a remote forwarder?

 

The 8089 port is open.

Hi

I'm not sure if you are asking that can DS access via proxy? Short answer is yes, but you must also have access from UF to send events to indexers. Of course this can do via additional IHG (intermediate heavy forwarders) or IUF (same but with universal forwarders).

Anyways you need atleast the UI or CLI access of the Instance in order to make the config changes for making it as deployment client.
