How to solve pandas import error "module 'os' has no attribute 'add_dll_directory'"?

Hey,

 

I'm trying to use pandas in the backend python script for an alert. I copied the module into the /bin folder. Trying to import it, I get the error "module 'os' has no attribute 'add_dll_directory'". Does somebody know how to solve / work around that?

Im running Splunk + Python on a Windows 10 Machine
