How to fetch data from API and use these data inside html file

Hi,

I am developing a custom app on Splunk Enterprise and I am looking for a solution to make the <splunk-select> tag more flexible. Like we fetch a list of options from a Rest API and then loop it inside the UI file. How can we solve it? Thank in advance.
