Hello, I'm trying to find a way to fetch/get the HEC host and port of Splunk instance using Javascript SDK in the frontent, but I could not find any source of information that allows me to do such thing...

Any one to help?

Thanks

HEC details are meant to be configurable by the application sending data to HEC. Splunk may or may not be aware of the appropriate name/address/port (e.g. the HEC receiver may actually be a heavy forward, or a load balancer in front of an index cluster).
