How can I check " indexes.conf" file on Splunk Cloud.
Have to perform some troubleshooting with indexes.conf. Do we have any possibility to access "indexes.conf" on splunk cloud.

You can open a support case OR get this app deployed and then you can pull down your stuff on an app-by-app basis to your local disk:

With Splunk Cloud, you won't have CLI access to the files, however, you should be able to add/delete/edit indexes via the GUI (Search Head).
You could also get REST API access to your Splunk Cloud instance for taking a look at the indexes. There are no POST options though.
