How long has it been since you requested the lab? Sometimes these take 10-15 minutes or more to start up.

Is the lab URL on a specific port (e.g. 8000) and if so, can you access that port for other sites from your network? e.g. try http://portquiz.net:8000/

Which lab is it you are working on?
