host field not reflecting for random user

We are noticing some random users search query is not reflecting host fields and other users from the same ROLE can see the host field with same query. .

Do you mean host field doesn’t show in the selected fields on the left hand side? Does it show under Interesting Fields? 
Has the user created any custom field aliases or eval which could be overwriting the host field for them?

Be more specific about what "not reflecting" means.

Also check if 

<your search> | fields + host

shows the field
