Why can't access trial Splunk cloud instance?

After successfully installed Splunk cloud trial I was able to use it. Next day the system doesn't let me in with proper credentials (sc_admin) with the following message:

Is it something expected with trial version? Will it resolve by itself after some time?

@yevhen_leshchyn yes, samething happened with me too and i din't received any correspondence email from splunk support to the email which i registered as well.

Only way is to call the splunk support.
